The purpose of this website is to make reservations and issue ferry tickets for all destinations provided within Ferry Way. Our goal is to expand our destinations and services to better meet your needs.
Ticket purchase
You can purchase tickets through this website. Ticket issuing is subject to availability and up to the time set by each ferry company before the scheduled departure time.
During the ticket purchase process, you are required to carefully read the instructions provided at each step and complete all the fields deemed necessary to complete the process.
The purchase of tickets is completed by making the corresponding payment. The available payment methods are via credit/debit card or the GPAY application.
If all the steps have been completed correctly and the payment is confirmed, you will receive via email the confirmation of your reservation and the payment receipt within a few minutes.

Ticket changes
For changes of tickets issued through this website, you should go to the “Retrieve Tickets” link and follow the instructions.
Ticket changes are only possible for itineraries operated by the same company you initially booked your tickets with. You can proceed with changing the date and time of departure, subject to availability. Changing the route is not possible.
Ticket changes may incur a financial charge according to the Change Policy of the respective ferry company. In such cases, you will need to make the payment for the applicable fee using the available payment methods. Once you complete the process, you will receive the details of the new reservation and the payment receipt via email.
Ticket cancellations
To cancel tickets issued through this website, you need to go to the “Retrieve Tickets” link and follow the instructions. Cancellations are possible according to the terms specified in the Cancellation Policy of each ferry company.
All refunds due to ticket cancellations are being made to the card which was used for the payment, within 6 business days.
Fares - Discounts
The passenger tickets and vehicle transport receipts display the gross fare, which includes the net fare, surcharges (fees, reservations), and VAT.
The total fare and commercial discounts are determined by each ferry company.
The categories of individuals eligible for fare discounts are detailed in Ministerial Decision 3324.1/01/13 dated 15/7/2013, as amended and in effect. Children up to 5 years old travel for free, and it is necessary to make a reservation and issue a ticket with a zero fare.
For certain categories of legal discounts that may not be available through the platform, you should contact the central agents of the ferry company with which you wish to travel.
Boarding procedure
The passenger is obliged to:
- Arrive at the vessel half an hour before the scheduled departure time.
- Bring the vehicle to the loading area one hour before departure.
- Present the ticket and necessary documentation in case of having a ticket with a discounted fare during boarding and inspection.
- Not remain in the vehicle areas. Drivers are exempted during the entry and exit of vehicles from the vessels.
In the case of a person with a disability or reduced mobility, they should inform the ticket issuer or the carrier at least forty-eight (48) hours before the assistance is required. They should be present at a designated location at a specified time, which should not exceed sixty (60) minutes before the scheduled departure time of the vessel. Additionally, during the reservation process, they should communicate their specific needs for accommodation, seating, required services, or the need to bring medical equipment.
If a passenger equipped with a ticket does not arrive at the vessel on time (until the scheduled departure time), they are not entitled to a refund of the ticket fare paid.
